The Malaysian government deployed a fleet of fighter jets to demolish the Philippine armed groups in the village Tanduo, State of Sabah. The fighting in recent days that has killed at least 27 people.
Prime Minister Najib Razak said his government had no choice but to destroy the enemy out of threatening state security.
"The government must take action to maintain the dignity of the nation," said Najib, as reported by The Australian, Tuesday (5/3).

"There was a series of explosions in Tanduo. Voice bombs lasted about half an hour," said a Malaysian journalist.
AFP journalists also saw the Malaysian police blocked the road 30 kilometers from the location of the attack. Military helicopter roared toward Tanduo. Six ambulances seen rushing towards the area of attack.
Three military trucks carrying dozens of soldiers seemed to be heading Tanduo Malaysia.

A spokesman for Philippine President Benigno Aquino said Manila has made every effort to prevent violence in Sabah. But followers of the leader of the Islamic militants Jamalul Kiram III, 74, could not be prevented.
"We have attempted everything to end the conflict, but they still follow the way Kiram," spokesman Ricky Carandang.
